This notice explains the information ARK12X receives when you send an enquiry, save a business plan or ask us to review it.
Contacting ARK12X
Your enquiry
When you submit the contact form, ARK12X receives the name, email address, business name, optional contact number, selected service and message you provide. Your enquiry is stored in ARK12X’s private enquiries inbox and used to respond to your request and discuss the work you need.
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages. Please include only the information needed to explain your request.
ARK keeps enquiries to handle your request and any agreed work. You can ask ARK to correct or remove your information using Contact.
Business planning
Your saved plans
Plans saved to your account are stored against your signed-in user. They are private within the app: other users cannot browse or open your saved plans.
A plan is only marked as saved after the website receives confirmation that the save succeeded. The worksheet also keeps a temporary recovery copy in the same browser tab. That recovery copy is separate from an account save and should not be your only copy of important work.
You can delete a saved plan through the plan builder. The worksheet organises the information you enter; it does not send your plan to an AI service or take payment.

Sharing a plan
for review
Saving a plan does not automatically submit it to ARK12X for review. If you choose to send a review request, the app explains the information being shared before you confirm.
Your confirmed request sends ARK12X a fixed copy of the plan as it stands at that time, together with the request details, to the enquiries inbox. Later changes to your working plan do not change that submitted copy.
Deleting the original saved plan does not delete a review request you have already shared. To ask for a shared request to be corrected or removed, use Contact and identify it as a privacy request.
Running the website
Essential services
and preferences
The website relies on hosting and sign-in services to deliver pages, manage access and store the information needed for these features. Those services process information as part of providing the website.
Essential session information supports sign-in. Browser storage supports recovery of your worksheet in the same tab and remembers your motion preference. The website does not currently use advertising cookies, optional analytics or a marketing subscription.
Use a device and account you control when working on a plan. Information shown in an open browser tab remains visible to someone who can use that device.

Contact ARK12X
Use the contact form to ask about your information or request a correction or removal. Start your message with “Privacy request” and give enough detail to identify the enquiry, saved plan or review request concerned.
ARK12X may need to confirm that the request relates to you before changing or removing information.
Terms of Use
The website provides information about ARK12X services and a working business-plan tool. Your working plan brings together your entries; it does not verify them, calculate forecasts or constitute an expert review.
Submitting an enquiry does not commission work. The services, responsibilities, deliverables and fees are agreed separately before an engagement begins.
Use the forms only for information you are authorised to share. Do not submit passwords or sensitive financial records. Saved plans remain private to your account unless you explicitly attach a saved snapshot to a review enquiry.
